Terms and Conditions for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Training
$1 General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for organizing and participating in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) training provided by John Leggy Sp. z o.o.
- The training may be conducted in the following formats:
- On-site – at the Client’s premises or another agreed location,
- Online – via Microsoft Teams.
$2 Training Organization
- The training is intended for companies and institutions seeking to enhance their employees’ skills in using Google Analytics 4.
- A maximum of 20 participants may attend a single training session.
- Each training is tailored to the organization’s industry, skill level, and specific requirements.
- The training is delivered by experienced trainers specializing in web analytics and GA4.
$3 Registration Process
- Interest in the training must be submitted via the contact form available on https://www.johnleggy.com/kursy-grupowe/.
- The information provided in the form will be used solely to contact the organization and arrange the scope, format, and date of the training.
- Submitting the form does not constitute a binding registration; it is an invitation to further discussions and planning.
$4 Pricing
- The training fee is determined individually based on:
- number of participants,
- training format (on-site or online),
- scope and level of the training content.
- After the details are agreed upon, the Client will receive a customized offer including the training outline and pricing.
- The training will be scheduled upon acceptance of the offer and confirmation of the order in writing or via a signed agreement.
$5 Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
- The controller of personal data provided via the contact form is John Leggy Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Bednarska 7, 00-310 Warsaw, VAT ID: PL5252725923.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) solely for the purpose of:
- contacting the organization regarding training arrangements,
- providing a tailored training offer,
- delivering the agreed training (if an agreement is reached).
- Providing data is voluntary but necessary for initiating contact and delivering the service.
- Data subjects have the right to access their data, request correction, restriction of processing, or deletion of their personal data.

$6 Final Provisions

- Participation in the training implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
